During the authorization process, you may encounter the following errors related to the License Keys:

Error text Possible cause
"The key entered has already been activated on another device. Contact the seller of the Key." You have entered a Key linked to another device.
"Invalid Key. Please try again" You have entered an invalid Key.
"The Key entered is blocked. Contact the seller of the Key" The Key is blocked at the request of the buyer or because of fraudulent actions detected on the part of the buyer.
"The Key validity was suspended. Contact the operator" The Key is turned off by the Pay TV operator.
"The License Key has not been issued. Contact the operator" The operator could not provide your app with the License Key.
"The License Key has expired. Contact the operator" The Key has become invalid.
"Invalid API v3 authorization, the License is unavailable" The operator uses software other than what is required.
"Your account was disabled" The operator has frozen your account.
