What to do if Smart Launcher applications do not work after a reset
Pay attention! If you have auto-update packages enabled, you may receive incorrect versions of applications. Therefore, it is highly recommended to disable auto-update.
If the version 5.1.0 or 5.1.1 is used
If you have problems with launching applications after resetting application packages, it is necessary to import the list of applications recommended for these versions:
- For the version of Stalker Middleware 5.1.0, the recommended list of applications can be downloaded from the link (zip);
- For the version of Stalker Middleware 5.1.1, the recommended list of applications can be downloaded from the link (zip);
If the version 5.2.0, 5.3.0, 5.4.0, 5.4.1 or 5.5.0 is used
If you have problems with launching applications after resetting application packages, you should download the archive below, unpack it and replace the corresponding files in the folder stalker_portal/server/lib. After that, you need to perform a package reset:
- For 5.2.0 you need to use files (tar);
- For 5.3.0 you need to use files (tar).
Pay attention! To successfully reset packages, you must assign access rights to new files.
- For the version of Stalker Middleware 5.2.0, the recommended list of applications can be downloaded from the link (zip);
- For the version of Ministra TV Platform 5.3.0, the recommended list of applications can be downloaded from the link (zip);
- For the version of Ministra TV Platform 5.4.0, the recommended list of applications can be downloaded from the link (zip);
- For the version of Ministra TV Platform 5.4.1, the recommended list of applications can be downloaded from the link (zip).
- For the version of Ministra TV Platform 5.5.0, the recommended list of applications can be downloaded from the link (zip).
Pay attention! If you use an alternative method, after a repeated reset of application packages, a non-recommended list of packages will be installed.
