Processing of the list of License Keys.
To find License Keys, enter a key or part of one in the Search field in the upper-right corner.
To sort the list of Licensed Keys, click on the column name. You can sort by one of the columns:
- ID - key identifier.
- License key - a unique code added using a CSV file. Read more here.
- Key type - Standard/Advanced. Read more about key types here.
- Remaining clearings - the remaining number of attempts to clear the key. For details on how to clear the key, see here.
- Key expiration date - the period after which the key activation is unavailable. Read more here.
- Status - key status in the system. Read more about the types of statuses here.
- User - the login of the user who activated the key.
- Device Type - the device on which the key was activated.
- User activity - the date of the user's last activity in the format <month> <day> <year>.
Sorting goes from the largest to smallest, or from A to Z, and vice versa.
You can filter the list of License Keys by parameters:
- Key type - Standard/Advanced. Read more about key types here.
- User Status - the status of the user to whom the key is assigned: Switch On/Switch Off. Read more here.
- Key status - key status in the system. Read more about the types of statuses here.
- Device - the device on which the key was activated, for example, Android, iOS, or SmartTV.
Select your settings. Filtering is done automatically.
You can display the columns you want in the License Keys list and hide the columns that you don’t want, tailoring the list to your needs. To do this:
1. Click in the upper-right corner
2. Set to display the columns you want to leave visible.
