How to get access to nеtwork storages?
Explorer allows you to get access to Samba, NFS and UPnP storages.
Samba and NFS are file access protocols. Samba is a free implementation of the SMB/CIFS protocol, it has a client-server architecture, for Samba it is necessary to have a master computer in the network. In turn, NFS works decentralized.
UPnP is a multimedia protocol that allows you to get access to media resources located in open local-network access.
To get access to network storage, follow these steps:
1. Select Explorer in the Smart Launcher Main menu.
2. Select network storage.
Note. To get access to network files via UPnP, make sure that the UPnP client is enabled.
