How to change HDMI audio decoding mode?
1. In Settings, select Sound.
2. Choose option of HDMI Output from the list:
- Close. Turn off audio.
- Auto. Auto-switching between LPCM and RAW.
- LPCM. The STB will perform the audio decoding internally and send the decoded audio signal to your TV.
- RAW. The STB will bypass its own internal audio decoders and send the undecoded signal to your HDMI-connected TV. The TV will perform all the audio decoding of the incoming signal.
Notes to RAW mode.
1. STB is able to transmit over HDMI only audio of supported codecs that listed in Specifications (see section Audio & Video / Audio codecs).
2. The decoding of some audio codecs (e.g. Dolby Digital +) may not be supported by your TV.
