  Remote control unit won't connect to MAG425A

Please, сheck connection after each step.

  • Ensure that remote batteries are charged.
  • Restart MAG425A.
  • Try to repair remote:
    1. Press and hold Standby On/Off button on the top of the STB to run pair process.
    2. Put remote in pairing mode (press and hold OK and Home button until the LED flashes).
  MAG425A won't connect to Wi-Fi

Please, сheck connection after each step.

1. Ensure that MAG425A is not connected via Ethernet.
2. Make sure you use correct network password.
3. Restart MAG425A.
4. Ensure thet your router work properly. Check if other devices can connect to the same Wi-Fi network.
5. If you don't see your Wi-Fi network listed, your network name (SSID) may be hidden. Try to add network manually.

  Bluetooth accessory won't connect with MAG425A

Please, try to connect after each step.

1. Make sure your bluetooth device is in paring mode.
2. Restart bluetooth device. Turn your bluetooth device off, then turn it back on.
3. Restart MAG425A.

  MAG425A won't wake up

1. Make sure MAG425A is on. If you see the red light on the front panel, you device is on, but can be stuck in sleep mode.
2. Check you power connection. Unplug power cable, wait 10 seconds and plug the power cable back into device

  Google Assistant won't work

Please, сheck voice search after each step:

  • Ensure you login into Google Account on your MAG425A. How to add new account see here.
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Restart MAG425A.
  • Make sure Google Voice Search has the correct permissions.
  Android TV Remote Control App isn't working

Please, check the app after each step to see if it starts to work.

Check your Wi-Fi settings

  • Make sure you device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Android TV.
  • Make you don't have trouble with your Wi-Fi network connection.
  • Try to restrat your Wi-Fi acces point. Follow the instructions from your router’s manufacturer.

Connect with Bluetooth

  1. On your phone or tablet, turn on bluetooth.
  2. Open the Android TV Remote Control App.
  3. You' ll see list of Android TV devices. Tap the name of your Android TV.

  4. On your TV screen, you’ll see a PIN. Enter this PIN on your device.

  5. On your phone ot table you’ll see a Bluetooth notificationt, tap Pair.

Restart your Android TV

  1. Unplug the power cord.

  2. Wait 10 seconds.

  3. Plug the power cord back in.

Try to fix an app that is not working

  • Restart your phone or tablet.

  • Update the app.

  • Follow the instructions how to fix installed app from your device manufacturer.
