In the Ministra TV platform, starting from version 5.6, you have the opportunity to reassign (clear) the key in the administrative panel. For this:

1. Make sure you have the operator key and code word.

2. Clean:

  One License Key:
  • Set the focus on the key and click Image Documentation.
  • Select Clean.

Or

  Multiple keys
  • Set Image Documentation to the left of the keys you want to clean.
  • Click the Clean button.

3. Wait for the connection to the server.

The operator can clear the key added to the administrative panel if:

  • key is activated - was entered manually or automatically assigned;
  • the key has not expired;
  • key belongs to the operator;
  • the key is not blocked;
  • the key has cleaning attempts (the number of attempts is 24).
The Clearing of license keys window displays lines with the status of a clean operation for each key.

The key receives one of the following statuses:

  • Cleared.

  • Skipped. License key don't have assigned user.

  • Error. License key belongs to other service provider.

  • Error. Limit of clearings is exceeded.

  • Error. License key is blocked.

  • Error. License key is expired. Read more here.

  • Connection error. Click Try again. If the connection is successful, cleaning continues since the point at which it was interrupted.

After the operation is completed, you can save the log in CSV format.
