Based on the way in which the purchase was made, the License Key can be delivered in the following ways:

  1. The License Key was purchased in the Ministra Player application:
    After completing the purchase (or the purchase restoring procedure), the License Key input box will be filled automatically with a new valid key.

    You must click on the shopping-cart button both to make a purchase and to restore the previously purchased License Key.

  2. The License Key was purchased on the Infomir website using credit card or PayPal account. You will get the License Key to your email.

    It usually takes a few minutes to deliver the Key. Check your junk email folder in case of significant delay. If there is no email with the License Key there, send an email to ministra@infomir.com from the email address you’ve made the purchase from.

  3. The License Key was obtained from the operator. You can find out how to obtain the Key directly from the operator’s representatives.
