How to restore the License Key when it is lost?

  • If the License Key was purchased from Infomir using PayPal, you have to send an email to ministra@infomir.com from your PayPal wallet address in order to restore it.
  • The License Key purchased through the Ministra Player application can be restored by clicking on the shopping-cart button in the application.
  • If the License Key has been provided to you by the service operator, contact the operator to restore it.
