If the License Key has been purchased in Ministra Player for iOS or Ministra Player for Apple TV as the in-app purchase, you can make a refund from your mobile device or visit reportaproblem.apple.com. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings;
  2. Go to your account;
  3. Open the Purchase History tab;
  4. Select Ministra Player app;
  5. Click the Report a problem button and describe the reason for the refund;
  6. Click Submit.

If the License Key has been purchased from Google Play, use one of the following options:

  • Send the confirmation email which you received after purchasing on Google Play to ministra@infomir.com with the transaction ID in GPA xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxx format. We'll make the refund for you if the purchase was made no longer than 180 days ago.

If the License Key has been purchased from the Roku Channel Store, we recommend that you contact support: https://support.roku.com/contactus.

If you bought your License Key on the Infomir website with PayPal, please provide the purchase confirmation email from PayPal to ministra@infomir.com and the email  you used when you bought the License Key

If you paid for a License Key on the Infomir website with your credit card, please provide an email to ministra@infomir.com with the email which you used for the License Key purchase and the last 4 digits of your payment card number.
