TimeShift function allows user to record the channel broadcast on the USB storage by pressing the Pause button on the remote control. After the second press the recording will be continued and the playback from USB starts from the moment when user pressed Pause for the first time. The length of the recording can be set in Settings.

PVR function allows user to record channel broadcast on USB storage at certain time for later viewing at a time convenient for the user.

TimeShift and PVR can work simultaneously.

1. Open tab IPTV channels.
2. Choose Channels.
3. Focus on the channel and press How to make a channel available for recording on USB storages?.
4. Choose Edit.

5. Go to the section USB Recordings and check the boxes for Timeshift via USB devices and PVR to the USB-driver .

Please notice that TimeShift function should also be set up in user interface ( Settings > Local TimeShift ).

6. Press Save.

Please notice that channels recording to a USB device using TimeShift and PVR  functions is possible only for rtp и ffrt solutions.

It is possible to record only the channels streaming traffic stream (mpeg-ts) by multicast and by http server .
