Statistics of complaints
Note! Only the data on complaints left in the Ministra Classic interface is added to the statistics of complaints.
2. Select Statistics of complaint.
3. Specify the period of time for which you want to see statistics.
To search for data by a specific parameter, enter the search word or its part in the Search field in the upper right corner.
You can also sort by columns Date, Video Club sound, Video Club video, TV sound, TV video, Karaoke sound, Karaoke video, No EPG, EPG does not match. Click on the column name. Sorting is done from the biggest to the smallest, from A to Z and vice versa.
To display the desired columns, click 
in the upper right corner, then put 
to display the required columns.
To view the log of complaints, click the History of complaints button.
To clear the complaints log, click the Reset complaints button and select the section.
