Using MAGic Files you can manually mount Samba/NFS shares. To mount network share follow these steps:

1. Select MAGic Files in the Main Menu.

2. Select Network.

3. Select Manual mount.

How to mount Samba/NFS shares manually?

4. Select Add shares.

Option A. Samba shares

5.a Select Add Samba shares.

6.а. Fill in the following fields and press OK.

  • Address
  • Login
  • Password
  • Domain

Note: The Address field must contain the hostname or IP-address. You can leave other fields blank.

7.а. A successfully mounted share can be seen in the list of available folders.

Option B. NFS shares

5.b. Select Add NFS shares.

6.b. Fill in the Address field and press OK.

Note: The Address field must contain IP-address.

7.b. A successfully mounted share can be seen in the list of available folders.

Note: To unmount network share do the following: select a folder → press Menu key → select Delete → press OK.
