How to assign a tariff plan to a user?
Please notice that Tariff plan functionality should be switched on in Ministra configuration file. To do so add a line in custom.ini.

2. Choose Users list.
3. Focus on the user and press

4. Choose Edit.
5. Unfold the tab Tariff plan in the user profile.
6. Assign the user with the tariff plan from the list.
7. Select the type of tariff plan that will be installed by default after expiration.
8. Press Save.
Please notice that package service with optional access should be switched on additionally.
