Which service access type to choose: Full or Optional?
Service package access type: Full or Optional is chosen when creating/editing the tariff plan.
Put 
to choose Optional access type. If not, the access type will be Full. If you choose Full access type, then when the tariff plan is charged the user will be given access to all service packages automatically.
If the Optional access type is chosen, then when the user will be charged with tariff plan you will have to switch on the service packages directly at the user's profile.
