How to delete user?
The delete account feature allows you to completely erase user information from your portal. To successfully authorize a user, create a new user with the same username and password in order to successfully authorize a user. After deleting the account, the message Login or password incorrect is displays on the user's device.
1. Open the Users tab.
2. Select Users list.
3. Set the focus on the user and click the Settings icon 
.
4. Select Delete.
Starting from version 5.6 of the Ministra TV platform, you have the ability to delete multiple users at once.
1. Put the check mark 
to the left of the users you want to delete.
2. Click the Delete button.
You can delete all users on one user list page. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Click the 
button.
2. Choose Select all.
3. Click the Delete button.
