How to activate/deactivate user? | Administrative panel Users

The activating/deactivating feature allows you to configure user access to the portal and content in it.

By default, a new user is added with a Disabled status.

After deactivating the account, the user cannot log in to the portal. The message “Your account is disabled” is displays on their device.

To activate a single user, follow these steps:

1. Focus on the user you want to activate.

2. To enable the account, click and drag the toggle button How to activate/deactivate user? to the right .

To disable the user, click and drag the toggle button to the left.

To activate multiple users, use the instruction:

Starting from version 5.6 of the Ministra TV platform, you have the ability to activate/deactivate multiple users at once.

1. Put a check mark

to the left of the users you want to enable/disable.

2. Click the Status button.

3. Select Switch on.

To disable the user, click Switch off.

You can also enable all users on one user list page. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Click the button.

2. Choose Select all.

3. Click the Status button.

4. Choose Switch on.
