You have the ability to remotely perform actions on the user's device. For more information about the events that can be sent to the user, see here.

  To send an event to a single user:

1. Open the Users tab.

2. Select Users list.

3. Set the focus on the user and click the Settings iconHow to make actions on user devices group?.

4. Select Send event.

How to make actions on user devices group?


  To send an event to multiple users:

Starting from version 5.6 of the Ministra TV platform, you have the ability to send an event to multiple users at once.

1. Put  a check mark How to make actions on user devices group? to the left of the users that you want to send an event.

2. Click the Send event button.

3. Fill in the required fields.

4. Click Save.

You can send event to all users on one page. To do this, follow these steps:

2. Choose Select all.

3. Click the Send event button.

  To send an event based on a filter:

1. Open the Users tab.

2. Click on the Filters tab.

3. Set the focus on the filter and click the Settings icon How to make actions on user devices group?.

4. Choose Add event.

5. Fill in the required fields.

6. Click Save.
