Events are the actions that admin can conduct remotely on user's set-top box. There exist the following event types:

1. Send a message.

Recipient - select the recipient from the list.

Action - select an action from the list (Sending a message).

TTL - recommended TTL value is set for each event by default. This parameter determines the urgency term of the event, after which it will not be conducted.

Reboot - put Image Documentation to reboot the users device after the message was read.

Message templates - choose the message template, then the fields Header and Text of the message will be filled automatically. See here how to create the template.

Message header - enter the message header.

Message text - enter the text message.

Add post-function - put Image Documentation to playback the video after the message is read.

Post-function - name of the post-function.

Video URL - enter direct URL link to the stream.

2. Reboot. You can reboot the user device.

3. Restart the portal. You can restart the portal of user device.

4. Update channel list. This action is used after you have added new IPTV channel(s) to the list. After having sent this event, user
will have a chance to switch to the added channel when watching the channel on full screen.

5. Playback channel. You can playback the certain TV channel from the IPTV channels list.

Channel - enter the channel number from the IPTV channels list.

6. Playback radio channelYou can playback the certain TV channel from the Radio list.

Channel - enter the number (order) of radio station.

7. Mount all storages. You can mount all storages for firmware.

8. Switch off. You can block the user device.

The block screen will be shown in user interface. User status will be changed and will have the value "off".

Please notice that if you used the Switch off function user will not be able to restart the portal. You will be able to activate the user only via Turn on function. See here how to activate/deactivate the user.

9. Image update. This action conducts a forced update of set-top box firmware version.

Image update is done by the stated URL link. Link should be added to configuration file custom.ini , section [system].

Example of adding URL link to custom.ini :

[system]
update_url = 'http://update_url'

Catalogues /250 , /275  и  /aurahd  should be created in catalogue  /update_url

on server. The necessary software images - imageupdate- should be stored there.
