How to create an event?
To add an event
1. Open tab Events.
2. Choose Users events.
3. Press button Create new event.
4. Fill in the necessary fields.
Recipient - choose recipient:

- All - action will be done for all users.
List - action will be done for a group of users, specified in the list. List is a text file in .txt format with recipients MAC addresses. Each МАС address should be written from the new page. To upload the file with a list, click the File button.
Group - action will be done for the group of users. Select a group from the Group drop-down list. See here how to create a group.
On the preset - action will be done for all devices of the same type: MAG100, MAG200, MAG245, MAG245D, MAG250, MAG254, MAG255, MAG256, MAG257, MAG270, MAG275, MAG322, MAG323, MAG324, MAG324C, MAG325, MAG349, MAG350, MAG351, MAG352, MAG424, MAG424А,MAG425, AuraHD, WR320, IM2100, IM2100V, IM2101V, IM2101VI, IM2102, IM4410, IM4412, IP_STB_HD, AuraHD0, AuraHD1, AuraHD9. Select the STB type from the Preset drop-down list.
One - action will be done for one user. Specify the MAC-address if the user in the MAC-address field.
Filter - action will be done for the group of users, which are the result of filtering. See here how to create a filter.
Action - choose an action: Send a message, Reboot, Restart a portal, Update channel list, Playback channel, Playback radio channel, Turn off, Image update. See here how to fill in the fields for each event type.
5. Press Save.
Users events are saved for 14 days on the server. To change the expiry date input it in events_messages_ttl of в
events_messages_ttl = 14
To edit an event
Please notice that you can edit only the events added to the schedule. See here how to add the event to the schedule.
1. Open tab Events.
2. Choose Schedule.
3. Focus on the event and press 
.
4. Choose Edit.
5. Edit the event data.
6. Press Save.
