How to view device logs?
Note: The server part of the protocol was implemented and tested using GenieACS, an open-source software product that supports the TR-069 protocol. The configuration of remote STB management operations is described using GenieACS server as an example. Please note that the TR-069 client can work with any ACS server supporting the TR-069 standard.
1. On the Devices tab, select the device whose logs you want to view.
2. In Device parameters press InternetGatewayDevice.DeviceInfo.DeviceLogs.
3. You will see device logs. When sending a log file, two blocks are generated:
- TR-069 logs
- WARNINGs and ERRORs of the device (logcat)
